Business by referral,
not by advertising.

I am a BNI member. This page does two things. One: it introduces businesses that genuinely deliver — ones I will put my own name behind when a client asks — both BNI members and partners outside it. Two: it looks for people who share the same decency in how they do business, to invite into the network.

Straight talk

Straight talk before you get interested

I would rather you did not join than join, be disappointed and quit halfway. So here are three honest things, up front.

1

You have to get up early, every week

A 6:45 AM meeting every Wednesday, about 90 minutes. Most people underestimate this while exploring, and it is the most common reason they quit. If your schedule genuinely cannot take it, my honest advice is not to join yet.

Every Wednesday · 6:45 AM · Khách sạn Sài Gòn

2

Results do not come in month one

Usually six to twelve months, because the network needs time to understand what you do and trust you enough to bring their clients. Anyone joining to "try a few sessions" almost never sees results.

3

You give before you get

The founding principle is to pass opportunities to others first. People who join thinking "I need clients" tend to be disappointed within three months. People who join asking "who here can I help" tend to stay for years.

How it works

How the network works

This is how I understand it from years of taking part. It is not the organisation’s official material.

One seat per profession

Each chapter accepts only one person per profession. No two insurance agents sit side by side. So when a need arises in your field, the whole room has exactly one person to refer — you.

A weekly meeting, on time

A 6:45 AM meeting every Wednesday, about 90 minutes. This is the part most people underestimate, and the part that decides whether you get results. Skip it often and the network forgets what you do.

Givers Gain

The founding principle: you pass opportunities to others first, and they come back to you later. People who join thinking "I need customers now" usually give up within three months.

Referrals, not cross-selling

This is not a place to sell to each other. The value is that each member opens their own client network to the others. A chapter of 30 is 30 networks, not 29 prospects.

Would this network suit you?

Six questions, two minutes, no details required. I built it to filter — including filtering you out, if now is not the right time.

The list

Who I refer

When a client asks me "do you know anyone reliable for this", I send them here. The list covers both BNI members from my chapter and partners outside BNI that I have worked with — the same criteria for both. Each entry says in my own words why I refer them.

How I choose

What I check before I refer anyone

Referring someone means putting my own name behind them. If they do poor work, I am the one who loses face in front of the client. So before I refer anyone I go through four layers: are they straight, what do they want from a customer, can they deliver, and what proves it.

01

Clean legal standing

Valid licences, a traceable tax code, a real operating address and a representative I can meet.

02

Decent in business

No counterfeits, no inflated claims, transparent pricing without hidden fees, a returns policy that works.

03

Treats their own people well

Pays social insurance, pays wages on time, keeps the workplace safe.

04

Sells what the customer needs

I ask past customers one question: has this firm ever told you NOT to buy something. A firm that never has is one I look at again.

05

Turns down work beyond their reach

Taking everything and doing it badly embarrasses whoever referred them. I would rather hear "not my line, let me point you elsewhere" than hear yes to everything.

06

Can actually do the work

A real track record, industry certifications where the field requires them, a clear process and warranty.

07

Responds quickly

Replies within a few working days. A firm that leaves my client waiting a week is one I stop referring.

08

Past customers vouch — and come back

I phone at least two former customers myself, not online reviews. And I ask one more thing: next time, would you call them again.

Disclosure

Who I am and what I get out of this

This page is not neutral, and I say so plainly. Read this before you trust my list.

  • 01If you join the network through my invitation, I gain one more person who understands what I do — which means one more source of referrals for me.
  • 02When someone on my list does good work for my client, my own standing goes up. That is exactly why I am strict about who gets on it.
  • 03I charge nobody to be on the list and take no commission from resulting deals. If that ever changes, I will state it on this page before it happens.

Two minutes to know whether to go further

Take the fit check. If it is not right, I will say so plainly and you will save yourself several early mornings.
